Robert S. Peck, President of the Center for Constitutional Litigation and counsel of record for the plaintiffs/respondents, who argued the case before the Supreme Court, will analyze the opinions and its impact on the award of punitive damages in plaintiff cases. He will be joined by Sharon J. Arkin and Prof. Jay M. Feinman.
